I was given the amazing opportunity to work on the loadhall leading from Sinkholes to the Wishing Well. I owned this from blockout to polish. This loadhall is 5 floors tall (if you include the entrance). Building this type of cave was fairly challenging because of how narrow a lot of it was and especially because there is a decent amount of combat throughout. It was a lot of fun marrying the look of the Sinkholes and the Wishing Well together to create a transition between them. As you go up the floors the amount of foliage increases leading you to the dramatic reveal of the wishing well.
God of War Ragnarök and it's many levels is a giant team effort of hundreds of people, including the wonderful people at Santa Monica Studio, and most importantly my peers at Valkyrie Entertainment with whom I had the pleasure of collaborating with everyday during my time on the project. Special shoutout to John Palamarchuk the Director of External Development who was my main point of contact working with SMS, and Corbett Sachter who was my lead at Valkyrie guiding me the entire time :)
