I was given the amazing opportunity to work on the fallen pillar area located in Vanaheim Crater Plains. Worldbuilding this area from blockout to polish was a lot of fun. I am not responsible for the pillar asset itself, but I had a blast breaking it apart and incorporating it into the scene, set dressing and worldbuilding the area around it. Lots of storytelling here. It was also an awesome level to use the foliage kit I helped create and truly figure out what is possible with it.
God of War Ragnarök and it's many levels is a giant team effort of hundreds of people, including the wonderful people at Santa Monica Studio, and most importantly my peers at Valkyrie Entertainment with whom I had the pleasure of collaborating with everyday during my time on the project. Special shoutout to John Palamarchuk the Director of External Development who was my main point of contact working with SMS, and Corbett Sachter who was my lead at Valkyrie guiding me the entire time :)
